At LumiTalk, we’re committed to creating a safe, warm, and grounded space for honest conversations. These terms are simply here to ensure clarity—so that both you and our team know what to expect before, during, and after your session.
1. Booking & Payment
All sessions must be paid for in advance to secure your slot.
This helps us dedicate time to prepare for your conversation with the attention and intention it deserves. Once payment is received, your booking is confirmed and you’ll receive a Google Meet link for your session.
We currently accept the following payment methods:
- M-Pesa
- Debit/Credit Card
- Apple Pay
- Google Pay
Please ensure you complete payment during the booking process. Unpaid sessions cannot be confirmed.
2. Rescheduling Your Session
We understand that life happens. If something comes up, you’re welcome to reschedule your session—up to three times per booking.
We kindly ask that any reschedule be made at least 30 minutes before the session is set to begin. This allows us to reallocate time and make space for others who may be waiting.
If a reschedule request comes in less than 30 minutes before your session, we unfortunately won’t be able to move it. At that point, we’ve already begun preparing and holding space for you.
To reschedule, simply use the link provided in your confirmation email.
3. Late Arrivals
If you arrive late, the session will still be considered to have started at the agreed time. While we’ll gladly work with whatever time is left, we won’t be able to extend the session beyond the original slot.
We encourage you to log in a few minutes early to settle in, test your connection, and arrive fully present.
4. Missed Sessions (No-Shows)
If you do not attend your session and haven’t requested a reschedule within the allowed time-frame, the session will be marked as complete.
We genuinely value your time—and we also put time, energy, and intention into preparing for each session. For this reason, we’re unable to offer refunds or reschedules for no-shows.
5. Refunds
Because each session requires planning, emotional presence, and time blocked out just for you, we don’t offer refunds for confirmed bookings.

6. Confidentiality
Everything shared during your session stays confidential.
We do not record sessions, and we never share client conversations, names, or identifying details with anyone. Your safety and privacy matter deeply to us.

7. How Sessions Are Held
All sessions are held online via Google Meet.
Please make sure you have a stable internet connection, a quiet space, and a working device with a microphone and camera. A calm and distraction-free environment helps you get the most out of your time.
